Having honed his craft and styled exquisite events across both Mexico and the United States, Marco blends international design trends with a personalized, detail-oriented approach. As the founder and lead designer of D'Axel Decorations, his mission is to transform your dreams into breathtaking realities, ensuring every wedding, quinceañera, and special gathering reflects elegance, luxury, and unforgettable style.
Joining the D'Axel Decorations team a decade ago, Santiago has spent the last 10 years making sure every single petal, fold, and centerpiece looks utterly flawless. Known for an eagle-eyed obsession with perfection and attention to detail, Santiago is one of the reasons our setups match our Customers' expectations. Warning: if a napkin is off by a single millimeter or a flower is looking the wrong way, he will stop the world to fix it—we sometimes joke that he measures rose petals with a ruler! His dedication, precision, and artistry are essential to bringing every client's dream event to life.
Joining the D'Axel Decorations team in 2026, Alexa brought an incredible wave of youthful energy, fresh perspectives, and vibrant good vibes to our daily operations. As our administrative assistant, she is the welcoming voice who first greets our clients, manages quotes, and keeps all the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. Her natural enthusiasm, combined with a sharp eye for organization, makes every client feel special from their very first phone call. We love how her bright youthfulness and positive spirit infuse new life and modern dynamism into everything we do!
With an incredible 14 years of dedication to the team, Martha is the master of detail behind our flawless table settings and presentation. Specializing in high-end linen care and expert napkin folding, she truly shines when it comes to her absolute superpower: crafting the most exquisite chair sashes and bows you've ever seen. Rumor has it that if a chair could walk down a runway, it would demand one of Martha's custom bows! Her unmatched experience and passion ensure every venue looks picture-perfect.
